Introduction
Our facility is beautifully decorated on a wooded bluff overlooking the Mississippi River, near downtown Red Wing. At Fairview Seminary Home, we offer Admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Transitional Care Unit offers Real Life Rehab, an apartment in-house to practice therapy skills. We offer Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy 7 days a week. Our long term care has an exceptional activities department with lunch and shopping outings, and several field trips weekly. Chaplin with twice weekly chapel services, a brand new private hospice room, an in-house beauty shop and a computer are set up for resident use.

Treatments we offer
• Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 651-380-2109
• Long-term skilled nursing care for patients unable to live independently - the 85-bed long-term care facility provides a caring environment for seniors who find it difficult to live a totally independent lifestyle
• Occupational therapy - we have a model home to help patients recovering from serious illnesses who need to relearn or practice the skills they need to return home and live on their own
• Physical therapy is offered 7 days a week
• A Physician Assistant visits the Seminary Home every Tuesday to monitor minor health concerns not requiring a clinic visit
• Rehabilitation after joint replacement surgery - with an on-site rehabilitation gym and daily visits from physical therapists, the Seminary Home provides the ideal environment for patients recovering from joint replacement surgery
• Speech therapy
• We accept insurance from Medicare/Minnesota Medicaid, Humana Gold, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UCARE, Medica, Preferred One and South Country Health Alliance
• We also offer planed activities for our patients
