EATING DISORDERS
Eating Disorders Program
Learning to love one’s body, developing a healthy relationship with food, improving one’s self esteem, developing and regaining one’s identity, and reclaiming health and life are some of the primary goals of outpatient treatment at Fairview Red Wing Health Services. Our team consists of a medical director, dietician, and therapist, with psychiatric and psychological consultation available. The first step in our treatment program consists of a comprehensive assessment with our dietician and therapist. Medical evaluations may also be required. Individualized treatment plans are developed to fit the different needs of each client and consist of a multidimensional approach that may include the additional services of group therapy and family counseling.
