Fairview's Employee Assistance Program's mission is to enhance the health of our contract employees by providing psychological and organizational services to employees, leaders and teams of those contract organizations. We commit our skills to supporting productivity, employee engagement and organizational success. Your employer supports your well-being by providing you and each of your family members with free, confidential short-term counseling, referral and support services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), as well as workplace interventions and assistance.

EAP services for individuals, couples or families

Talking confidentially with an EAP counselor helps you sort out your concerns about any personal of professional issue, think through alternatives and explore options. EAP offers up to six counseling sessions per year for employees of our contract organizations and each of their family members. Referrals are more appropriate for some issues—finance, chemical dependency, etc.—in which case your EAP counselor will refer you based on your concern and the locations and availability of affordable services. EAP services for the workplace

EAP also provides support and educational opportunities to groups of employees as a tool for managers and supervisors wishing to help employees deal with difficult situations. EAP has a variety of workshops on topics that can be scheduled by individual departments, including healthy teams stress management, conflict resolution, change management, resiliency and caring for caregivers. EAP offices are located within each of the Fairview care systems. We offer in-person or telephone appointments.
