Palliative Care
Palliative (also called comfort) care is available to people who have an advanced illness.  Our team approach focuses on relief of the pain, symptoms and stress of a serious illness, whatever the diagnosis or prognosis.  It allows you to remain as independent and healthy as possible.  We support you and your family as you learn to cope with the complex emotions and decisions involved in living with an advanced illness.

Hospice care
Hospice is a special program of care designed for people whose life expectancy is limited.  It is an alternative to aggressive treatments.  The hospice staff helps manage symptoms and focuses on giving you the power to live life with dignity while remaining as alert and pain-free as possible. 

Our goal is to help manage symptoms so that life may be lived as fully and comfortably as possible.  Our team includes nurses, social workers, physicians, chaplains, volunteers, home health aides and more.  Ongoing support is also provided to the family.  We also offer music therapy, massage therapy and reflexology.
