Introduction
The role of the “Senior Service Coordinator” at Fairview Red Wing Health Services is to assist community members and their families learn about the many options available our community members to assist seniors.  We offer a variety of lifestyle, service, and care options.  These choices represent not just quality of life but dignity and respect for each individual.

Navigating the health care system, knowing what and how to access community resources that are available to provide assistance and information is often a complex challenge.  Through the connection to our Senior Service Coordination program and support from a CS/SD grant from the Department of Human Services, we are able to provide guidance, information and support to assist community members and their families make their own plan for staying vital, healthy and safe in the home setting of their choice.
